News Release
EDMONTON, AB – August 26, 2025 — RoBIM Technologies Inc., a Canadian company pioneering robotic fabrication systems for the construction industry, today announced the first customer shipments from its RoBIM HIVE robotic fabrication modules.
The RoBIM HIVE is a modular fabrication system consisting of an industrial robot arm, custom end-effectors and other tooling that robotically fabricate components used in residential and commercial construction projects.
RoBIM’s simulation software was used to program the robotic processes and the HIVE - with human and robotic collaboration - fabricated the customer’s components.
“This is a significant milestone for RoBIM as it validates our software simulation and robotic fabrication capabilities and moves us from pre-revenue to early-revenue,” said Bruce Alton, CEO and Co-founder of RoBIM. “Our customer is in the pre-fabrication industry and this shipment is the first of many components that will be incorporated into their production line. We also have other pilot projects underway with other customers that will lead to more shipments later this year and in early 2026.”
